November 2006   Team Driven Fitness™     
 Another terrific showing for Team Driven Fitness™! Karen Walsh turns heads again by placing an incredible 4^th place among the best PRO figure girls in the world.  WOW! Congrats!  By the way who is your coach/trainer?  (wink, wink)  Bonnie McCafferty again places in the top 3 among the top amateur figure girls with a second place finish.  Thomas Walsh. KEEP PUSHING! Coming off an incredible feat at the INBF Natural NY State Bodybuilding championships. YES…Second  Place  in the novice division of the competition! A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to all! And again Thanks for your support!
 

November 2006    INBF Amateur World’s
Finishing off the season nice with a close 2^nd place in the INBF Natural World Bodybuilding Competition was gratefully accepted.  The was yet another tough class however I moved up a placing! This is good! Small Steps….


October 2006   NPC Gold’s Classic
As a Native of NJ it has always been a prestigious gathering of the competitive bodybuilder. The NPC Gold”s Classic. Held in Jackson NJ. I entered with one goal in mind. I said to a few of my closest people after a friend offered to pay for my entry fee.  “I would be extremely happy with a top 5 finish”.  So I was granted my wish with just that. 5^th  place.  Nice.  That same dude who was the subject of a few jokes due to the ass shaving scene on Mtv  now earns some respect as a competitive bodybuilder by placing 5^th out of a 13 man line up. J


September 2006   Team Driven Fitness™
And what’s better than to coach others the same day and have them place well?  Karen Walsh, my love of 3 years strong wins her class in the BEST BODY competition.  Bonnie McCafferty , also a member of Team Driven Fitness™ places 3^rd in the tall Figure class.  And our unsung hero was Thomas Walsh (yes Karen’s dad) competes for the very first time on the bodybuilding stage.  Thomas a former marathon runner with 8 finishes under his belt  gained 25 pds of solid mass in a years worth of time to compete!  Congratulations to all! And Thank YOU! 


September 2006   Mr. Fitness
I placed 3^rd in the INBF Naturalmania Nationals after a 3 year break from the  competitive bodybuilding stage.  That Same day I was awarded the title of MR. Fitness 2006 in the “A” Division of the Mr. Fitness contest. What an incredible welcome back into competition!   A big Thank you to all who showed support!
