A coach is a person who supports people (clients) to achieve their goals, with goal setting, encouragement and questions. Unlike a counselor or mentor, a coach rarely offers advice. Instead, a coach helps clients to find their own solutions, by asking questions that give them insight into their situations. A coach holds a client accountable, so if a client agrees to a plan to achieve a goal, a coach will help motivate them to complete their plan.

I have coached numerous individuals on all fitness levels. These individuals have achieved way beyond what they expected to when they first came to me for assistance with their goals. Some took their new bodies to a whole new level by entering the world of competition.  Others well, they are finally in the best shape of their lives  mentally and physically.  I believe there is a certain mentality needed to perform at your very best in any aspect of life.
